ISO 9001 DSM first achieved the ISO 9001 standard in 1999 just year after it commenced trading. The Company has successfully retained and up-graded this standard since then. Today DSM holds the ISO 9001:2008 Quality Standard (Reg. No. 19.3855). which requires DSM to maintain and implement a robust and quantified quality management system. This system is tested annually and recertified every three years by the National Standards Association of Ireland. All of the data regarding the retention of this standard, including DSM's Quality Manual, is available to all customers as part of DSM's policy of transparency and openness. In 2011 DSM also achieved the Information Security Standard ISO 27001:2005 and in July this year (2015) will seek to up-grade this to 27001:2013. In holding and maintaining these standards DSM seeks to offer a secure and 'best-practice' business environment to its customers which is both consistent and dependable and adheres to recognised and clearly stated processes and procedures. |
