This is a cost effective and secure service where DSM will scan records, that are normally held in off-site storage, only as required by the customer. These records are then transferred to the customer via DSM’s secure and encrypted electronic file transfer system.
DSM will also scan Multiple records for customers in both colour and greyscale. In this regard DSM has the capacity to scan the following page sizes: A0, A1, A3, A4, A5 as well as flat-bed scans for irregular items.
Bulk scanning can also be uploaded securely to the customer’s own network system. However, we also recommend that a full back up is held on a hard drive in DSM’s vault.
