On commencement of its service DSM requires its customers to co-sign a Service Level Agreement which has clear terms and conditions. The terms and conditions are for the mutual protection of both DSM and its customers. However, should a customer have specific or special requirements these can also be included by agreement.
A Customer Authorisation agreement is also included as part of this Service Level Agreement. This enables each customer to instruct DSM on the nominated members of its staff who are authorised to access data from DSM.
