Our Scan on Demand process at DSM is thoughtfully designed to offer a seamless, secure, and tailored approach to document digitisation. We start by working closely with you during the consultation phase to fully understand your needs and define the project scope. Once your documents are collected and securely transported to our facility, they are carefully catalogued and stored, ready for access whenever you need them. Our service is flexible, allowing you to request digitisation of individual documents or entire boxes on demand.

Each document undergoes meticulous preparation and high-quality scanning, with the option to enhance the digital files using Optical Character Recognition (OCR) technology. This feature converts scanned images into searchable text, making it easier to locate specific information within your documents. Additionally, we ensure that every scanned document meets our rigorous quality standards, providing you with accurate and accessible digital copies.
Consultation:
We begin by collaborating with you to understand your requirements, and defining the project scope to ensure all aspects of your document management needs are addressed. We can either digitise your documents on a set schedule or respond to your specific scan-on-demand requests.

Collection and Storage:
Our DSM drivers collect your documents and transport them securely to our facility, where they are catalogued and stored. You can access your inventory at any time through our online portal, DSM Link.

Scan-On-Demand Activation:
DSM use encrypted transfers via Wizuda’s ISO 27001 platform, and storage in a VDR Azure Hosted environment. Data is protected using MD5 and triple DES encryption, HTTPS with the latest TLS technology for web interactions, and TLS end-to-end encryption for email notifications.
